Summary: The Royal Kelowna is unfortunately not the greatest experience. They charge extra for everything. The price you see is not the one you pay. The resort fee in winter is ridiculous for example. Parking is extra also. You are probably better off finding somewhere which better meets your needs and provides a final price when you book. We were not impressed

Summary: Not bad. Not great. Not really a full service hotel. Rooms need some work booked a suite and the bed felt super dated. The guy swiped my card and then held it until I got my id out like it wasn’t my card I didn’t appreciate that.

Summary: I love the location and rooftop pool/hot tub but the quality of the simple things like toilet paper that was so cheap it felt like sandpaper, cheap less than dollar store paper towel, and watered down dish soap was unappealing coupled with black mold in the shower.

Summary: This hotel is fantastic. They offer huge clean rooms with a water view and a rooftop pool and 3 hot tubs open all year from 6am-11pm. The staff are also fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
